Boxes + Platters

If you have specific dietary requirements or want to replace something in the boxes with another option please drop us an email at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

All of our boxes also come with an allergen card displaying the main allergens in all the foods.

It is important to email us beforehand if you have any major allergies as we cannot 100% guarantee our boxes are allergen free.

Boxes + Platters

We recommend that all platter boxes are best consumed on the day but they can last, if refrigerated upon delivery, up to two days.

Tables

Our grazing tables are best kept within a 4 hour period as the food will be sitting at room temperature. After this 4 hour period the consumption of the foods is up to yourself individually but we cannot be held accountable.

Outdoor graze tables should be kept out of direct sunlight.

EVENTS

For grazing tables we can travel 1.5 hours outside of Edinburgh and charge 0.55p per mile. 

We do deliveries between the hours of 9-5. We will attempt delivery and if you are not in we will call you on the number provided at checkout and hopefully be able to leave with a neighbour or arrange an alternative solution. As the boxes contain meats and cheese which by law are required to be chilled we will be unable to leave boxes unattended in safe places. If you require a morning delivery we have the option on the website for morning delivery at £12. For afternoon delivery please email us at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to reach anyone at the delivery address, unable to contact you or leave with a neighbour then the box will be returned to our HQ and be redelivered the following day. 

We deliver all platters and boxes between 9am and 5pm. If you are a business that closes at 5pm you may request by 4pm. Please make this clear in the purchase notes. Our delivery team takes the most efficient route to ensure all deliveries are made meaning we are not able to offer timed delivery slots. If you want your box for a specific time we recommend ordering the box for delivery the day before and keeping it in your fridge overnight to be enjoyed the next day. Alternatively we offer a morning delivery solution on our website for £12.

Grazing Tables

After you have enjoyed your grazing table a member of our team will be in touch to collect all the equipment that we lend for the tables if you have opted for equipment.

Once we have secured all the equipment back and made sure that it is not damaged then we will refund the deposit within 24 hours the next working day. For any other concerns regarding your deposit please email us at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk 

This is no problem at all - we can work with each individual client to complete the vision you want. This will be an additional fee and will be quoted upon enquiry based on the products required. Please note we will need at least one weeks notice to get this organised.

The price of our grazing tables does not include the hire of a table. We lay the grazing table on any surface of a table top that you can provide. If you don't have a table you need to inform us as we can arrange an alternative from there.

No. Our flat lay table package just includes the food and greaseproof paper that it is laid on. It does not include individual disposable bamboo cutlery, plates or napkins. We can include bamboo paper cutlery, plates and napkins with the grazing table for an additional fee of £1 pp.

Unfortunately not. Our discount codes are only applicable to website orders and products online. Our discount code only applies to Little and Large Boxes.

Terms and Conditions

Grazing Tables and Events - Depending on how close to the grazing date your grazing event is we may not be able to refund your deposit back to you. We require a £50 deposit to secure your date and time - we then collect the remaining balance around 2/3 weeks before your event. If you cancel at any time before the date of your event we will not be able to refund you your deposit. For platters and boxes on our website you can cancel them up to 48 hours before but we cannot provide a refund. Only a gift card with the value. If your order has been placed incorrectly then we will refund the amount AFTER the transaction fee has been taken.

Online Orders - For website orders to process a refund please email us directly at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk and one of our team members will be able to process a refund if it is over 1 week til your order delivery date. We will refund you your order back minus the transaction fee. If you cancel an online order with less than 1 week til the delivery date then we cannot refund you. Instead we will refund the amount onto a gift voucher for you to use at a later date. If you have recieved your order and there are any problems or issues with it you have 24 hours to get in touch to make us aware. We will judge the situation from there.

We only cancel and refund orders that have been processed incorrectly. We have the right to cancel and refund any orders with incorrect or missing delivery information or orders that have not selected the correct delivery fee. We will refund you your order minus the transaction fee.

Yes we are VAT registered. Our website prices are all inclusive of VAT already and we charge VAT additionally for all grazing events and corporate clients.
