We are currently not able to alter the content of our boxes unless emailed prior to delivery. Contents of boxes will not be changed unless a member of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org has confirmed so.
Our platter boxes are only available currently on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays every week to certain postcodes (bank holidays inclusive). Platter boxes will be delivered between the hours of 9am-5pm. We are not able to provide delivery windows or time slots. By purchasing online the address you have entered and postcode delivery fee selected is correct. Failing to click the correct postcode we will automatically refund your order and email you to confirm your refund and cancelled order.
Where your choice of message biscuit may be unavailable we will swap it with our 'Crunch' message biscuit instead.
Should you make any mistakes or want to change the delivery address you need to let us know 48 hours before the delivery. Our delivery service will attempt to deliver at the shipping address entered. If they fail to deliver the box to the specified address unsuccessfully they will call the number provided and if suitable leave with a neighbour. We always post a branded card through your letterbox letting you know where who we have left your delivery with. If the address we are given is incorrect upon delivery we will need to charge an additional £5 delivery fee to reattempt delivery to the correct address.
By selecting your order and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing that you have read the allergen information on each box and accepted that you agree you understand all the allergens present in the box and take full responsibility. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
We do not offer refunds but we can offer a change of date for the platter box purchased. We require at least 3 days minimum notice for changing the date. Please ensure you click the correct date when proceeding to payment.
We require a £50 deposit to confirm all bookings for grazing tables. If you wish to cancel a grazing table that you have already paid the deposit for this deposit will be unable to be refunded if cancellation is two weeks before the grazing table date. After your grazing table event has taken place we will refund the £50 deposit after receiving back all the correct equipment and checking it is in the same condition it was. Failure to return the equipment back or to its original state will result in the £50 deposit being partially or not refunded at all.
Father's Day - please note that any gift boxes purchased for UK Wide delivery will be shipped on Thursday 17th May using DPD First Class 1 working day service. When the boxes have left our unit we are not responsible for the boxes from there. We aim to have all the boxes delivered on Friday 18th May but this is out of our control and cannot guarantee that they will arrive then. When DPD attempt delivery and the recipient is not in we are not responsible for the safety of the perishable goods within the box. We only recommend the products staying in the packaging for max 48 hours and after this timeframe it is at your own risk to consume.
Father's Day - if selecting collection at checkout via The Kilted Donut your box will be left there on the date you selected. It is available for collection between the hours of 9am - 5pm. If you fail to collect your box on the selected date and within the collection time frame your box will be returned to our commercial premises. We will try to further contact yourself but failure to comply your box will unfortunately have to be disposed.
Father's Day - boxes selected for delivery to any EH1-EH30 postcode will be delivered between 9am - 6pm. There will be no time slots allocated. If the recipient is not in to accept delivery we will where possible try to leave with a neighbour or contact you about next steps. Failure to leave with a neighbour or get in contact we will have to leave on a doorstep unless we are instructed otherwise.
