If you are unhappy with the condition of you fresh box you must inform us at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving it along with pictures/evidence as to why.
We have a 30-day return policy for our online shop, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns/refunds will not be approved however for any items including food.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If ordering a box/platter online and it has been incorrectly placed (e.g. incorrect selection of delivery date, cancelled order), we reserve the right to refund back the full amount minus the transaction fee taken by Shopify. We do not refund 100% back otherwise we will loose money.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@crunchplatters.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions of how and where to send package. Parcels must be returned in the same packaging and postage back to us is not provided.
